LESERの腐食に対するソリューション

過去10年間で、LESERは世界のほぼすべての国の尿素プラントに1800以上の安全弁を設置してきました。

この1800のうち、320以上にLESER蒸気フラッシングシステムが装備されており、吹出しブラダーラインの詰まりや、シート面積の結露と腐食を防ぎます。

70以上の安全弁は、標準化された3J4ブロックボディの設計とLESERフラッシングシステムを採用しており、以下のような利点があります：

  • すべての接液部品の材質は、耐腐食性の高い組成にすることができます
  • ノズルの温度は一定で、カルバメート溶液の凝縮温度よりも高く、シール面の腐食による悪影響や材質構造の影響を避けることができます。
  • 100nmの測定範囲の粗さと平坦度を持つシール仕上げのためのLESERナノタイトネス・プロセスによる金属間シール
  • 吹下り圧力時の結晶化を防ぐためのメインバルブボディの360°フラッシング
  • 最小限の蒸気消費でブロックボディの外側を加熱するためのヒーティングジャケットが事前に設置されている場合でも、LESERパージには蒸気供給ポイントが必要です。

また、尿素プラントのすでに4つのラインの合成セクションにはLESER補助負荷システムが装備されており、これらのプラントでは合成圧力を目標圧力に非常に近づけて運転することができます。

External sustainability initiative

In order to check the effectiveness of the measures implemented, LESER carries out an external sustainability assessment by the provider EcoVadis. EcoVadis is the world's largest provider of sustainability assessments for companies and has a global network of more than 100,000 assessed companies. As part of the EcoVadis assessment, LESER is evaluated in the four areas of environment, labor and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. LESER received a silver medal for good sustainability performance in the last assessment.
